Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

Client understands that upon entering this service contract, Caterer is committing time and resources to this event and thus cancellation would result in lost income and lost business opportunities in an amount difficult to precisely calculate. Therefore, the following cancellation and postponement limitations will apply. Third-party referral partners are subject to Third-party referral partner contract agreements and are not subject to the following policies.

Event Postponement & Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to postpone or reschedule their event one (1) time, subject to Tasty Touch Catering’s availability. The following terms apply to all rescheduled events:

  • Expiration: The new event date must take place within six (6) months of the original event date.

  • Market Rates: The menu pricing for the rescheduled event is subject to change based on current market rates and food costs at the time of the new date.

  • Notification Period:

    • 40 Days or more notice: No rescheduling fee will apply.

    • 21–39 Days notice: A 15% administrative fee (based on the total contract value) will be charged to secure the new date.

    • Less than 20 Days notice: Requests to postpone made less than 20 days prior to the event will be treated as a Cancellation (see below) due to the acquisition of perishable goods and staffing commitments.
       

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy

If Client requests cancellation of this contract 80 days or more before the event, Client shall receive a full refund.
 

If client requests cancellation 40-79 days before the event, (25%) of the contract total will be owed to Caterer.
 

If client requests cancellation 21-39 days before the event, (50%) of the contract total will be owed to Caterer.
 

Cancellation less than 20 days from the event day, Caterer shall be entitled to (100%) of the contract total.
 

This policy is valid for Whatsapp, Email and Phone catering orders.
