    The standard rate for waiter services is RM140 for a 5-hour event and RM180 for up to a 9-hour event. Additional fees may apply for events lasting longer than 9 hours or requiring additional staff.

    We source fresh ingredients, maintain strict food hygiene standards, and follow standardized recipes and procedures to deliver exceptional food quality.

  • What is the surcharge for catering services on public holidays?
    A supplementary fee of RM 200 is imposed for catering services rendered on ALL Malaysia Public Holidays.
  • What are the duties of the waiters provided by TTC?
    TTC waiters are responsible for setting up and cleaning up the catering area, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

    Yes you can.
  • What are the rental fees for buffet tables?
    The rental fee for a Buffet Table is RM60 (with cloth) and RM100 (with cloth and skirting).
  • Can I create a custom menu for my event with Tasty Touch Catering?
    Certainly! We encourage clients to work with our chefs to create a custom menu that reflects their event's theme, dietary preferences, and cultural tastes. Our team is dedicated to delivering a culinary experience that is uniquely yours.
  • What types of Cutleries are available and their costs?
    Disposable ware is provided free of charge. Melamine ware sets are available at RM1.50 per person, and Porcelain ware sets at RM2.50 per person.
  • Am I allowed to change the menu item in the Menu Packages?
    Yes definitely. You are allowed to change or swap the menu packages from the existing packages or choose from our Ala Carte menu.
  • What is your minimum order?
    This is our minimum order based on the following serving style: Drop off Food Tray and Lunch Box/Bento: 10 pax Buffet, Hand Passed and Seated : 30 pax
  • What if a menu item is out of stock?
    If a menu item is out of stock, TTC will inform the client and propose an alternative option or suggest cancellation of the item. A refund will be provided if payment has been made.
  • Do I get complimentary waitstaff for my event?
    Complimentary waitstaff/helpers are provided for events with a food order exceeding RM1,500. The number of waitstaff is decided by TTC Management based on the event's needs.
  • How long is the quotation valid?
    The quotation remains valid for 15 days and is subject to product availability.
  • Will there be any additional charges for promo packages or ala carte items?
    Yes, an additional 10% – 15% of the total food order will be provided by TTC, depending on the specific items.
  • Will cutlery and serviettes be provided for drop-off orders?
    Yes, disposable cutlery, including plastic forks and spoons, as well as serviettes, will be provided.
  • Can Tasty Touch Catering work within my budget?
    Yes, we offer flexible menu options and can tailor our services to fit your budget. Our team will work closely with you to plan a menu that meets your financial requirements while still delivering delicious and high-quality dishes.
  • What happens if full payment is not made by the due date?
    If full payment is not received by the due date, TTC will not proceed with any preparation for the event.
  • What payment methods are accepted for catering services?
    Payments can be made via Credit/Debit Card, Bank transfer, or Online payment. Details can be found in the invoice provided.
  • What is the required deposit to confirm a catering booking?
    A deposit of 50% of the total catering package price is required to confirm your booking.
  • When is the full payment due for the catering service?
    Full payment must be made no later than 5 days prior to the event.
  • How long should food be consumed after setup?
    Food is recommended to be consumed within 4 hours (with a warmer) after setup. TTC will not be responsible for food consumed after the event hours.
  • When is the final guest count required?
    The final guest count is required 7 days prior to the event.
  • What happens if less than 90 minutes are allocated for setup?
    TTC shall not assume liability for any resultant delays in service if less than 90 minutes are allocated for setup.
  • What is the penalty for using TTC equipment and cutlery for non-halal items?
    A charge of RM 300 will be imposed for using TTC equipment and cutlery for non-halal items.
  • What happens if the actual number of guests exceeds the final guest count?
    TTC will provide sufficient food based on the final guest count provided. We are not responsible for any insufficiency of food if the actual number of guests exceeds this count.
  • How much setup time is required before the event?
    TTC requires a minimum period of 90 minutes preceding the scheduled serving time for setup.
  • How far in advance must we notify TTC of loading bay requirements?
    The client must notify TTC of loading bay requirements no less than five (5) days prior to the scheduled event.
  • How are delivery charges calculated for buffet or hand-passed events?
    Delivery charges within Klang Valley depend on the total food value before SST: Less than RM1,500: RM150 RM1,500 - RM3,499: RM100 More than RM3,500: Free of charge
  • What is your policy on delivery timing for events?
    We will work with you to determine the best delivery time, ideally 90 minuetes before your event starts.
  • Are there any additional fees for last-minute delivery requests?
    Additional charges may apply for last-minute or special delivery requests. Please contact us for details.
  • Can I request special delivery arrangements?
    Yes, please inform us in advance if you require special arrangements. Additional charges may apply.
  • What should I do if I need door-to-door service for buffet delivery?
    If you require door-to-door service, please inform us in advance. Additional charges may apply for specific requests.
  • How will I be informed about the delivery arrival?
    The driver will contact you just before arriving at your venue. Please be available to receive the delivery directly from the driver.
  • What is the delivery method for buffet services?
    Our buffet service includes delivery by our dedicated team. If needed, we may engage a reputable third-party delivery service.
  • What are the delivery charges for individual packed food or family trays?
    Delivery charges are based on the delivery location. If the food value exceeds RM1,000, the delivery charge is waived.
  • Will you confirm the delivery details before my event?
    Yes, we will confirm the delivery time and location with you prior to the event to ensure everything goes smoothly.
  • Who handles the delivery of my order?
    Deliveries are managed by our in-house team. If our team is occupied, we may use a third-party service like Lalamove.
  • Do you charge extra for using third-party delivery services?
    No extra charges are applied for third-party services unless special arrangements or specific requests are made.
  • Can I schedule a specific delivery time for my order?
    Yes, we will coordinate with you to select a delivery time that works best for your event.
  • How do you investigate food poisoning claims?
    We promptly initiate an investigation, which may involve gathering details about the event, symptoms, and any medical documentation, and we may collaborate with health authorities.
  • What if I’m not satisfied with the catering service provided?
    Client satisfaction is our top priority. We encourage open communication and feedback to ensure we meet and exceed your expectations.
  • How long does the refund process take?
    Once eligibility is established, refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of verification.
  • How can I provide feedback on my catering experience?
    You can provide feedback directly to our team during the event or contact our customer service afterward.
  • What happens if my food delivery is late?
    If your delivery is delayed beyond the agreed timeframe, we will waive the delivery charges.
  • Can the terms regarding food quality and discounts change?
    Yes, Tasty Touch Catering reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
  • What is your procedure for handling complaints during an event?
    Report any issues to the onsite waiter immediately. If unresolved, provide evidence and notify our customer service team for further investigation.
  • Am I eligible for a refund if food poisoning is confirmed?
    If our investigation confirms the claim, we will offer a refund for the affected portion of the catering order.

    We offer a discount ranging from 5% to 7% on specific food items deemed unsatisfactory based on the agreed-upon standard.
  • How do you handle rude or inefficient waiter service?
    If a waiter is deemed rude or inefficient, we will provide a discount or waive the waiter fees.
  • What if there’s not enough food for my guests?
    In the unlikely event of insufficient food, we will provide a refund for the shortfall.
  • What should I do if I suspect food poisoning from your catering service?
    Contact us immediately to report your illness. We take such reports seriously and will prioritize your health and well-being.
  • How do I claim compensation for any issues?
    You must provide proof, such as photos or videos, and notify us immediately during or after the event for us to verify and process your claim.
  • What steps do you take to ensure client satisfaction?
    We focus on delivering high-quality food and exceptional service. We also have policies in place to address any issues that may arise during your event.
  • Do I have to agree to the terms before using your services?
    Yes, by engaging our services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined.
  • What if I have a complaint after the event is over?
    Complaints made post-event will not be entertained, so it’s important to notify us during or immediately after the event if any issues arise.
