Online Ordering Terms & Conditions 

1.0 General
 

1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern all online orders placed through our website.
 

1.2 Our online ordering service is exclusively for:
 

  • Food Tray Delivery

  • Bento/Packed Meal Meal Delivery
     

1.3 Buffet catering, live stations, equipment rental, and event catering services are not included under this online ordering platform unless otherwise stated.

2.0 Orders
 

2.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Tasty Touch Catering.
 

2.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including delivery address, contact information, quantity, menu selection, and delivery date/time, are accurate before checkout.

2.3 Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been made, changes may not be possible depending on preparation status.

2.4 
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to:
 

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Incomplete information

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

3.0 Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).


3.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3.3 Full payment is required before order processing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.4 Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

4.0 Delivery

 

4.1 Delivery charges will be calculated based on the delivery location and applicable delivery rates.
 

4.2 Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the designated delivery location and time.
 

4.3 Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Force majeure events

4.4 We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
 

4.5 Risk and responsibility for the food pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

5.0 Cancellation & Refund Policy
 

5.1 Orders cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date may be eligible for a refund, subject to administrative charges.
 

5.2 Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery are generally non-refundable due to preparation and procurement commitments.
 

5.3 Refunds, where approved, will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
 

5.4 No refunds will be provided once the order has been delivered and accepted.

6.0 Cancellation & Refund Policy
 

6.1 Our food is prepared in accordance with applicable food safety standards.
 

6.2 Customers are advised to consume food within:

  • 2 hours of delivery for room temperature storage; or

  • Store appropriately according to food safety recommendations.
     

6.3 We shall not be responsible for any deterioration in food quality resulting from improper storage, handling, or delayed consumption after delivery.

7.0 Allergens & Dietary Requirements
 

7.1 While we take reasonable precautions, our kitchen may handle ingredients containing:

  • Nuts

  • Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Seafood

  • Gluten

  • Soy
     

7.2 We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
 

7.3 Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before placing an order.

8.0 Product Images
 

8.1 Product photographs displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only.
 

8.2 Actual food presentation, packaging, and portion appearance may vary.
 

9.0 Limitation of Liability
 

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tasty Touch Catering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
 

9.2 Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected order.

 

10.0 Privacy
 

10.1 Personal information collected during the ordering process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

10.2 Customer information will only be used for order processing, delivery, customer support, and related business purposes.

 

11.0 Force Majeure
 

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
 

  • Natural disasters

  • Floods

  • Fire

  • Pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • Transportation disruptions

12.0 Governing Law
 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
 

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
